Our villas, Villa Winner 1, Villa Winner 2, and Villa Winner 3, are private pool villas located side by side in the Çalış area of Fethiye. These villas boast comfortable and relaxing interiors with every detail carefully considered to ensure guest satisfaction. Due to their location at the last stop of the minibuses passing through the area, they are perfect options for accommodation without a car. The only difference between the three villas is the furniture colors. They are suitable options for large families or groups of friends who can rent multiple houses.

Situated in Çalış, known as the best spot to watch the sunset, our villas benefit from the cool breeze of summer evenings and are also known as the home of Caretta Caretta turtles. With restaurants, bars, shopping, and transportation options nearby, Çalış is one of the most popular areas in Fethiye.

Inside our villa, there are a total of four bedrooms and four WC-Shower units. The first bedroom contains two single beds and air conditioning. The second bedroom features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning. The third bedroom includes a double bed, air conditioning, and a jacuzzi bathroom. The fourth bedroom has one single bed. The villa is suitable for accommodating large groups.

An extra damage deposit of 108 £ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is no heated pool in this villa.
