Located at an elevated position in the Ovacık area of Fethiye, Villa Arda is a modern, fully detached holiday home offering a luxurious and private getaway. One of its standout features is a completely enclosed swimming pool, with the option to cover both the sides and the top for full privacy – ideal for conservative families and groups.

The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, allowing up to 4 couples to enjoy a comfortable and independent stay. The standard capacity is 8 guests, but with additional sofa beds in the living room, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people. For families with children, 2 baby beds are also available.

Villa Arda offers stunning open views and is just a 5-minute drive to Ölüdeniz Beach, one of Turkey’s most famous coastal destinations. The villa also includes a private covered parking area and a traditional gazebo (çardak), perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the shade.

Its proximity to the vibrant nightlife and entertainment venues of Hisarönü adds to the villa’s appeal, making it an excellent choice for those looking to enjoy both relaxation and local attractions.

Please note: There are 20 steps at the villa entrance, which should be considered when planning your stay.
