Located just a 7–8 minute drive from Fethiye city center and within walking distance to the famous Çalış Beach, our holiday villa offers 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests, making it an ideal choice for families and groups of friends.
Featuring a private swimming pool, each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, plus there is an additional shared WC. During April, May, October, and November, pool heating is available upon request for an extra fee (maximum temperature 28°).
Situated only 250 meters from the main road, the villa is within walking distance to restaurants, markets, and local entertainment venues. For those seeking adventure, the area offers a variety of water sports such as catamaran sailing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing.
With a spacious terrace, table tennis, and a pool table, the villa provides plenty of opportunities for both relaxation and fun. Enjoy sunbathing on the stone-crafted terrace, or unwind by the pool with your favorite drink in hand.
In the evenings, take a short stroll to Çalış Beach and witness the breathtaking sunset over Fethiye Bay, painting the sky with countless shades of red.
An extra damage deposit of 200 £ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.There is a heated pool. It is charged at 25 £ per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.
